Our Coaches
Louis Schoeman
He is a Level 2 certified CrossFit Coach and he has been coaching for 6 years.
Louis has coached at different CrossFit boxes before and that is where his love, passion and enthusiasm for the sport came from.
Louis enjoys keeping the CrossFit standard high and professional. When coaching he has a fun and entertaining way of sharing his CrossFit knowledge and coaching a class.
Louis himself has competed in a few CrossFit competitions before such as; Last Man Standing, The Battle, Pretoria Throwdown, Nelsparta and United We Stand, where him and his team mates reached finals on numerous occasions.
For that reason Louis is able to understand all levels of CrossFit fitness, from Beginner to Elite.
Manrico Alberto Swiegers
He has been doing Crossfit since 2015.
In 2017 he went to go and train with CrossFit Games athletes in Las Vegas for a year.
In 2019 he made top 100 in the SA CrossFit Open.
1x top 20 LMS Individual Elite athlete
He has been coaching for 4 years and is a Level 1 certified coach since 2018.
Manrico is proudly an Evox Nutrition Sponsored Athlete
Gymnastics is his favorite, especially when coaching it.
He enjoys a challenging WOD program and loves to see how members push themselves beyond a point they thought they could.
Our Facilities
The gym is equipped with showers, change rooms, storage for your bags and ample workout area. As a small boutique facility, we pride ourselves at being one of the best equipped, with all new equipment ready and waiting for you.
Our Classes
The facility is designed to encourage small personal classes guarantee you individual attention. Our sessions will be limited to a maximum of 12 attendees per class, with any class of 8 or more having 2 coaches.
Our Box Manager
He is the guy behind the scenes that makes everything run smoothly. Rycardo makes sure that you are getting the most out of your membership package and handles all of your admin requirements. He deals with all the finances and contracts as well as ensuring that you are up to date with all the happenings inside the box.
